Privacy Notice
Effective and last updated: September 1, 2026
Trunnion AI, LLC (“Trunnion AI,” “Cortrova,” “we,” or “us”), a Duskbridge, Inc.company, operates the Cortrova marketing website at https://cortrova.com. This notice covers information collected through this website, its contact forms, and its optional analytics. Customer data processed through a contracted Cortrova product deployment is governed by the applicable service agreement and product privacy documentation, not this website notice; the AI model training position for the product is summarized below and in theAI Transparency Notice.
Information we collect
- Information you provide: name, work email, optional phone and company, request type, area of interest, message, and information included in a privacy request.
- Device and request information: IP address, browser or user-agent, referring page, source page, and campaign parameters used for security, abuse prevention, and request routing.
- Preference information: the privacy categories you accept or reject, the notice version, time of choice, and whether Global Privacy Control was detected. This record is stored in your browser.
- Website measurement: identifier-free page-load aggregates containing date, hour, broad device class, and country code—but no page path or visitor/session ID—may be collected before a choice and stop after rejection. Raw IP and user-agent values are reduced transiently and are not retained in aggregate storage. Sessions, interactions, attribution, browser/operating-system detail, state/city or precise location, and other detailed analytics are measured only after analytics consent. Meta Pixel may measure visits and conversions only after advertising consent.
Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers, health data, controlled unclassified information, export-controlled technical data, or other sensitive or confidential material through a general website form.
Sources and purposes
We collect information from you, your browser or device, and the campaign link that brought you to the site. We use it to respond to requests; provide requested product information; secure, debug, and operate the site; prevent abuse; maintain required records; honor privacy choices and legal rights; and, with consent, understand site use or measure advertising. Website-form information is not used to make eligibility, employment, credit, insurance, housing, health, or other legally significant automated decisions.
Disclosures and service providers
We disclose information as needed to hosting and infrastructure providers (including Render and its infrastructure subprocessors), our managed PostgreSQL database, Google Workspace for email delivery, our private Trunnion lead registry for a reporting copy of submitted contact requests, professional advisers, and authorities when legally required. That submitted-contact copy is operational processing and does not depend on optional analytics consent. With the relevant consent, website usage data may also be sent to Google Analytics, Trunnion analytics, or Meta. We may disclose information in a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale subject to appropriate confidentiality and notice obligations. A current list of the subprocessors behind this website, with a change-notice commitment and a data processing agreement available on request, is published at /subprocessors/.
Sale, sharing, and targeted advertising
We do not sell personal information for money. Some laws may define the use of advertising technology, including Meta Pixel, as “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising even when no money changes hands. That technology is off by default. You may reject it, withdraw consent, or opt out at any time through Your Privacy Choices. We honor browser-detected Global Privacy Control by keeping optional analytics and advertising off on that device. The site does not respond separately to a Do Not Track (DNT) browser signal: optional technologies are already off until you make an affirmative choice, and Global Privacy Control is honored as an opt-out.
AI features and model training
This website does not use AI to make decisions about visitors, and website-form information is never used to train AI models. For the Cortrova product: customer data may be used to train or fine-tune AI models only within that customer's own tenant, so a customer's data can improve only the models serving that customer. We do not perform cross-tenant training; one customer's content, prompts, or outputs are never used to train models used for another customer or a general-purpose model. Tenant-scoped training is governed by the customer's written scope and can be declined or disabled there. Whether a third-party model provider receives, retains, or processes data in a given deployment, and the training restrictions that apply to that provider, are confirmed in the written security schedule before production use. See the AI Transparency Notice.
Retention
- Ordinary contact and demo requests: up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction, unless a contract, dispute, or legal obligation requires longer.
- Privacy-request records: up to 36 months to document receipt, verification, response, and compliance.
- Browser consent record: until you clear browser storage, we replace the consent version, or you change the choice.
- Optional analytics and advertising data: according to the shortest supported provider setting consistent with the stated purpose, then deleted or aggregated.
- Security and infrastructure logs: only as long as reasonably needed for security, reliability, investigation, and legal obligations under the applicable provider configuration.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or an appeal, and may use an authorized agent. Submit a request through Your Privacy Choices or emailprivacy@trunnion.ai. We will verify requests proportionately, generally through the email address associated with the request, and will not ask for a password. We do not discriminate for exercising applicable privacy rights.
Children
This B2B website and product are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this site. Contact us if you believe a child submitted information so we can review and delete it as appropriate.
International visitors
The site is operated from the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our contracted providers operate. Visitors whose law requires a specific transfer safeguard may contact us before submitting personal information.
