Accessibility Statement

Last reviewed: August 28, 2026

Trunnion AI, LLC is working to make Cortrova.com usable by people with disabilities. Our target for the public marketing website is WCAG 2.2 Level AA.

Accessibility owner

Accessibility for this website is owned by the Web Delivery Lead in the office of the Chief Technology Officer of Trunnion AI, LLC. The owner is reachable through the feedback route below and is accountable for triaging reported barriers, tracking remediation to the targets stated in this statement, and reviewing this statement.

Measures and testing

The site uses semantic landmarks, keyboard-operable navigation and dialogs, visible focus states, text alternatives, responsive reflow, reduced-motion support, form labels and error messages, and automated accessibility checks. We test representative desktop and mobile pages with keyboard navigation and automated rules. Automated accessibility checks covering heading structure, form labels, text alternatives, link names, and language metadata run as a recorded gate in the release pipeline; a release that fails these checks does not ship.

Conformance-report status

No Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR) or VPAT is currently published for the Cortrova product or this website, and this statement is not a substitute for one. Buyers who require an ACR must treat it as an open procurement item until a dated report identifies the exact release, scope, test methods, assistive technologies, findings, and exceptions.

Remediation targets

Beyond the acknowledgment commitment below, we work to the following remediation targets from the date a barrier is confirmed: barriers that block completing a core task, such as requesting a demo or submitting a privacy request, are fixed or given equivalent alternate access within 5 business days; serious barriers that significantly impair use of a page are addressed within 10 business days; other confirmed barriers are addressed in the next scheduled release and no later than 30 days. Where a fix needs longer, we provide alternate access and say so in our response.

Known limitations

Content and browser behavior change over time, and automated testing cannot identify every barrier. Some complex product illustrations are decorative demonstrations rather than interactive product controls. We continue to review new pages and third-party content as they change.

Feedback and accommodation

If a page or function is difficult to use, email accessibility@trunnion.ai with the page URL, the barrier, your browser or assistive technology if you wish to share it, and the format or accommodation you need. We aim to acknowledge accessibility requests within two business days and provide a substantive response or alternate access as promptly as reasonably possible.
